Comrade Sylvester Chibuzor , the Chairman of Tricycle Owners Association of Nigeria (TOAN) , Anambra state chapter, has promised to run an open door policy and inclusive leadership that will cater to the interest of everyone.
The new TOAN chairman made this known over the weekend after the congress election with all units in Anambra state
He cautioned the Keke operators in the state to be law abiding and avoid reckless driving. He warned them of the folly in using their Keke for nefarious and criminal activities while pointing out that they will give law enforcement agents maximum cooperation to apprehend bad elements in their midst.
He thanked Governor Willie Obiano for his support and also the Commissioner for Transport, Chief Afam Mbanego
The election was conducted by the National President of TOAN, Comrade Austin Apeh and the national Secretary,Comrade Bayou Christina and the Trade Union Congress State Chapter, Comrade Ikechukwu Ifeanyi and the assistant secretary Barr Alex Edi.
Comrade Ameh admonished the new executive to work for the interest of all his members in his four year tenure.
The state media officer, Dede Uzor also appreciated the members for their professionalism and pragmatism in promoting the transport industry to grow to amiable heights.
Other members of the new executive are UFO Linus, Pastor ElvisOliver Okolie among others.
