Yuletide: Hon Afam Mbanefo & Ministry of transport team maps out strategies for free traffic this season

Team Ministry of transport led by Hon Commissioner, Hon Afam Mbanefo recently had a strategic meeting to map out strategies for free of Traffic, during, before and after the Yuletide accross the state.

The meeting held at the office of Onitsha North local government Chairman Hon Patrick Aghamba worked out strategies to tackle increasing traffic challenges particularly in the major cities of the state.

Rising from the meeting, the team led by Hon Afam Mbanefo moved into action, clearing and sustaining free flow of traffic along major roads in Onitsha.

Most importantly, the team discovered other causes of traffic jam in those areas and immediately developed template for sustainable enforcement of free flow of traffic in the areas.

Among members of the Team were Political appointees from the Ministry, Park monitoring and enforcement Team, Special traffic control team, members of ARTMA, leadership of Keke Union, UDWASS etc .

While Team Ministry of transport was led by Hon Afam Mbanefo who retiterated his ministry’s committement towards ensuring that Ndi Anambra enjoys free movement during this ember month and beyond in line with vision of Governor Willie Obiano.

Hon. Mbanefo Further urged Ndi Anambra to Join his Team and take ownership in ensuring free flow of traffic by driving right and saving time .
