Reports have it that at about 8.55 yesterday evening, a serious Road Traffic Crash involving a Toyota LE with registration number AKD112FC driven by Mr Onuorah Kene Stanley and a Mitsubishi Carrier with registration AKD664XW, driven by Ogbonna Paul Nnabuihe, occurred near NPF Oyi Division, along Nteje-Awka road.
According to Pascal Anigbo, FRSC Sector Public Education Officer, the crash was caused by Over-Speeding and Loss of Control.
He said three male adults were involved in the crash, one injured but no death was recorded.
He said the injured victim was rushed to Chira Hospital, Awkuzu, by FRSC rescue team from Nteje Unit Command.
The Sector Commander Federal Road Safety Corps Anambra State, CC Andrew Kumapayi, strongly warned drivers against driving above recommended speed limits.
He admonished them to always drive defensively and with common sense speed limits, especially within built-up areas, noting also that Road Traffic Crashes are avoidable.

at about 4.50 pm yesterday, Thursday, 18th June 2020, a serious Road Traffic Crash involving a Toyota Sienna with registration number NKK748Gk driven by one Chinedu Israel and a Sanya Motorcycle with registration number NSK134QM, ridden by one Moses Udoagwa

Sector Public Education Officer, in a release, said the crash was caused by Speed Limit Violation and Wrongful Overtaking.
According to eyewitnesses, the bike rider was avoiding a Tricycle which was about to pick a passenger and did not notice the Sienna approaching.
They said in an effort to avoid hitting the motorcycle and tricycle, the Toyota Sienna rammed into an electric pole and the fence of a building.
According to the report, three male adults were involved in the crash, and one sustained some degrees of injury and was rushed to Ideal Hospital Ifite Dunu, by FRSC rescue team from Nteje Unit Command.
The Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps Anambra State, Mr Andrew Kumapayi, again warned motorists against driving above recommended speed limits.
He admonished them to apply “common sense speed limits”, especially within built-up areas.
Tricycle Operators were also urged to desist from indiscriminate picking of passengers along the road.
