The Northern Elders Forum, through their Spokesman, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has berated the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, over its management of the country , saying that by 2023, the party would have completely wrecked Nigeria.
Baba-Ahmed made this known in an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Monday night.
He stated that the primary concern of both the ruling party, APC and the opposition People’s Democratic Party, PDP was the presidential election and not developing the country.
He also questioned the plans PDP has laid in rebuilding the country if they take over the government.
He also lamented that the next party that will take over the helms of leadership come 2023 would have a herculean task of fixing the country.
Baba-Ahmed also referred to the ruling party as a party that has been substantially produced by PDP.
While also speaking on defections by politicians to opposition parties, he said that the country is still dealing with the same crop of people, as according to him since 1999, the two main parties, APC and PDP have destroyed the country and they are still playing the same game, all over.
