Twenty persons were burnt beyond recognition in a road traffic crash that occurred on Tuesday, in Bauchi, Bornu state.
The Sector Commander, FRSC, in the state, Mr Yusuf Abdullahi, who confirmed the incident, added that one person sustained injury.
He said the accident which involved a commercial Golf 3 bus and a Sharon Volkswagen vehicle, occurred at about 11.30 a.m, pointing out that it took corps personnel about 12 minutes to arrive the crash scene.
Abdullahi attributed the cause of the auto crash to dangerous driving and speed violation.
The Sector Commander stressed the need for motorists to always observe traffic rules and regulations.
