Nigeria yesterday recorded 594 new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the total figure of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country to 22,614.

Nigeria records 594 new Covid-19 cases, total now 22614

Update on Coronavirus shows that Nigeria recorded five hundred and ninety four new cases of #COVID-19 yesterday.

With these, confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nigeria have now increased to 22,614 after 594 new infections were recorded yesterday.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC,  disclosed this yesterday, giving the breakdown of the newly confirmed cases as follows-:;

Oyo-33

Kaduna-33

Enugu-28 

Katsina-25

Imo-22

Adamawa-15 and

Ogun-12

Others are Osun-11

Abia-8

Rivers-6

Nasarawa-5

Bauchi-5

Niger-5

Kebbi-4

Ekiti-3

Plateau-1   and

Taraba-1

Out of the 22,614 confirmed cases across the country,

7,822 patients were treated and discharged, while 549 deaths were also recorded.
