We Are Prepared For Atiku/Okowa’s Visit – Anambra PDP Campaign Council

Anambra State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential Campaign Council, on Wednesday, announced that all arrangements have been concluded to welcome the Party’s Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and his running mate who is the Delta State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, to the state billed for Thursday, 15th December, 2022, and make the occasion a huge success and a memorable one.
The Director-General of the Campaign Council in Anambra State, Prof. Obiora Okonkwo, who disclosed this in a Press Conference in Awka, ahead of the visit, said the occasion is for the party to kick off the Presidential Campaign rally for the 2023 general elections.
According to him, the rally will commence with a courtesy visit to Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Achebe and other Traditional Rulers in the State.
He added that the event will attract all PDP leaders and their supporters across the South East geo-political Zone.
Prof. Okonkwo also hinted that jubilation is currently going across PDP offices in the 21 local government areas of the state.
While boasting that the party will secure 90 per cent votes in Anambra State, Prof. Okonkwo further informed that the political differences between Atiku, the Rivers State Governor, Nyesome Wike and other G-5 group members will be resolved in no distant time.
The conference was attended by Senator Uche Ekwunife, Senator Ben Ndi Obi, Chief Ulasi and other Campaign Council members in the state.
