To further bridge divides with intentions of fostering multilayered innovations across the nooks and crannies of the State, Solution Innovation District has inaugurated SID Community Representatives and Volunteers, charging them to take Mr. Governor’s message of “everything technology, Technology everywhere” to the grass root.
The event took place in Awka yesterday Tuesday 27th May 2025, at the Solution Innovation District Head office along Enugu- Onitsha Expressway, Opposite Hollywood Event center.
Recall that Anambra state Government has been offering and still offering free digital skills and training with cardinal targets of empowering over 1 million Anambra residents through Solution Innovation District.
The event began with an introduction of each representatives from all the communities in the state, followed by Representatives private’s man opinion concerning Mr. Governor Solutions Innovation District (SIB).
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Innovation and Business Incubation Mrs. Chinwe Okoli in her speeches, congratulated all Reps for volunteering to serve the state Government in this capacity, charging them all to be a volunteer with results.
She highlighted Mr. Governor’s zeal towards exposing and training over one million residents in in-demand skills like Digital Marketing Content Creation, Data Analysis, and more entirely for free.
She revealed that Solution Innovation District is still extending and expanding proximities to Ndi Anambra through partnerships with learning centers, where she revealed that even those without an internet data can equally go and learn any of the 32 courses entirely for free.
Concluding, she tasked the Volunteers to redouble efforts towards awareness and results, adding that SID is willing to arm any Rep with a letter of introduction for better identification.
