Sector Public Education Officer, FRSC Anambra State Command, SRC Margaret B Onabe, said at Eke and Amawbia, members of the market executives were sensitized on safe road use, the importance of using designated pedestrian crossings, avoiding roadside trading and indiscriminate parking, and exercising caution around busy roads.

The team also visited Rivers Joy Park, Royal Mass, Star Sunny Park, Peace Park, Capital Motor Parks and Tracas, where drivers and transport stakeholders were advised to ensure that their vehicles are roadworthy before embarking on journeys. Particular emphasis was placed on the regular inspection of brakes, tyres, lights, wipers and other critical vehicle components.
