Activist, Uganeme Chukwuemeka Raises Concern Rises Over Poor Parenting, Societal Decay in Teen Pregnancy Case.
An Activist, Arc. Uganeme Chukwuemeka, has reacted to the case of an 18-year-old boy who reportedly impregnated 10 girls of undefined ages, attributing the incident to poor parenting and societal decay.
He noted that the boy lacked sex education, especially on the act of lovemaking and ejaculation. Architect Uganeme also, blamed parents, especially mothers for failing to educate their children, suggesting many lack such knowledge themselves.
He called on progressive youths locally and abroad to help educate teenagers on life challenges.
He also urged the Anambra State Commissioner for Women Affairs to involve community and religious women leaders in teen sex education, adding that the parties involved were teenagers who lacked understanding of sexuality.
He concluded, that the boy needs care, guidance, and education about puberty and sexual responsibility.
