In a related development, Air Peace has debunked the United Arab Emirates claims about flight slots and flight moves between Sharjah and Dubai.
Responding, Oluwatoyin Olajide, Air Peace Chief Operating Officer, said the claim by UAE was a false and deliberate attempt to damage the airline’s perception in the eyes of the public.
The statement said that the airline did lots of evacuation flights out of Sharjah and didn’t have to leave there.
The airline asked the UAE aviation authority to retract the offending statement which has put them in a bad light and tender an apology regarding the false claims.
