Following the alleged suspension of the commissioning of the Anambra International cargo Airport, in what the government called politically motivated conspiracies, the Anambra state government has said the exercise will go as planned today, October 30, 2021, after receiving approval from all relevant authorities.
Principal Secretary to governor Obiano, Chief Willie Nwokoye confirmed this yesterday, noting that the airport got all the permits and the consolidated will of the people will triumph.
Also confirming the development, the Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenement C. Don Adinuba in a press release, stated that governor Willie Obiano, went to Abuja this to resolve all issues and that the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), which had earlier demobilized its equipment, had re-mobilized.
