Anambra Launches TUfS Platform To Drive Tech Innovation And Community Interaction

Anambra State’s tech community has launched Techies Unite for Soludo (TUfS), a digital platform aimed at boosting citizen participation and fostering social interaction across the state. TUfS, created by young tech-savvy professionals, provides a secure online environment where residents can connect, share innovative ideas, and engage directly with government initiatives.

Mr. Castro Ideke, TUfS coordinator, described the platform as a virtual community where individuals and groups can post content related to Anambra’s government. This digital hub aims to build an interactive space that keeps residents informed and involved in the state’s evolving tech landscape, helping shape policies and contributing to growth in the sector.

Mr. Jude Emesim, leading TUfS’s Policy, Partnership, and Innovation team, emphasized that the platform aligns with Anambra’s vision to become Africa’s tech hub. Emesim noted that TUfS will serve as a communication tool for showcasing government achievements and future plans while motivating local tech professionals to contribute to Anambra’s digital development.

The platform’s launch is further supported by infrastructure investments such as free public Wi-Fi, known as Solution Wi-Fi points, strategically set up across the state. Users can register and easily access TUfS, helping Anambra advance toward becoming a high-density Wi-Fi region. This initiative, backed by tech leaders like Mr. Chukwuma Okoye of Activ8 Hub, signals a forward-looking, tech-driven future for Anambra residents.
