
Anambra state government has lifed the curfew that was imposed on the state following the hoodlums that created unrest in the state over the weekend .
In a statement signed by the commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment yesterday, the governor said the relaxing of the curfew was as a result of the improved security situation in the state.
The statement directed all Educational institutions that were closed last week due to the havoc to resume normal activities immediately.
Also, civil servants in the state are directed to return to work with immediate effect.
While thanking Ndi Anambra for their great cooperation in returning normalcy to the state ,he tasked the citizens and organisations to watch out for miscreants that will want to disturb the peace in the land.
