The leadership of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has said that the party swept all the elective positions in Saturday’s local government election in Anambra State because it is a dominant force in the state.
The party had last Saturday won all 21 local government chairmanship position and 326 councillorship seats in the state.
In a congratulatory message by the party to all the elected officials, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Ejimofor Opara described their victories as resounding.
The party said it looks forward to having the elected officials contribute their quota to the development of Anambra State.
