
Meanwhile, a former Chairman, of the Anambra State branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, Barrister Emmanuel Okechukwu Junior, has urged Governor Soludo to strive to work towards the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Reacting to recent developments in the zone, Barrister Okechukwu Junior advised that the presidency should be contacted in writing to make the position of the state known.
The legal expert charged the Governor to identify whole and entire with the aspirations of the people of the state and by extension that of the Ndigbo, which include the release of Nnamdi Kanu and publicly condemning the marginalization of Ndigbo.
Barrister Okechukwu Junior noted that it is by so doing that the insecurity threats and acts of arson and brigandage will be minimized.
