Blue Nest Women Foundation International Gives Succour To Anambra Widows And Needy.

Succour recently came the way of widows, the aged and poor in Anambra State when an indigenous organization, Blue Nest Women Foundation International, a non-governmental organisation, provided assistance to them.
The events, which took place in Awka, Anambra state, drew women from parts of the state, as well as non indigenes.
Speaking at the event, the founder of the NGO, Lady Eveline Afulukwe, said the basis for diligently driving the foundation was derived from the passion and need to impact the lives of underprivileged widows who have gone through so much pain and discrimination, and might have lost hope.
Ambassador Afulukwe, while going down memory lane of her upbringing, said that success is human capital development and, as such, all should endeavour to assist in uplifting the less privileged.
She assured that she would not relent in giving succour to the needy, and also seeing to the upliftment of others.
In her remarks, the Secretary General of the organization, Lady Ambassador Chinasaokwu Nwolisa, encouraged the women to come close to God in faith.
She emphasized on the need for the women to always make positive declaration and confessing blessings into the lives of their children.
Some of the beneficiaries who spoke on the occasion including Mrs Comfort Okeke, Mrs Uche Nwakaeze, Iyom Ebere Nweke and Oliaku Virginia Okudo affirmed that things have been so difficult for them especially taking care of their children and expressed confident that the fund given to them will go along way in assisting them.
They appreciated the benefactor for her kind heart and assured that they would be a solid rock to one another.
