Burkina Faso: Kabore begins second term

President Roch Marc Christian Kaboré of Burkina Faso was on Monday inaugurated for the second five-year term after winning the November 22 presidential election.

Kobore swore before the people of Burkina Faso to preserve, respect, enforce the constitution and laws to do everything possible to ensure justice for all inhabitants of Burkina Faso said Mr Kaboré while thanking the for the burkinabes for their faith in him.

In his remarks the President of the Presidential Council, Kassoum Kambou extolled the leadership qualities of the president saying that President Faso is the President of all Burkinabè without exception.
Mr Kambou reaffirmed that security, health and welfare are rights guaranteed by the Constitution and encouraged the president to surpass expectations and get every Burkinabe out of the current sad pages of the country’s history in security, health and social.
