Chief Ndubisi Of Umuawulu in Awka South Empowers Youths

It was a moment of joy and thanks to God as a renowned philanthropist in Umuawulu, Awka South, Chief Christopher Ndubisi, empowers 35 youths in the town to mark his birthday.
The Celebrant in giving succour to the needy, is sponsoring some youths in various skills acquisition,
Also 3 of them are to be sponsored at Lome, Togo University.
In a Holy Mass in his compound, which preceded the occasion, the Parish Priest of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Umuawulu, Rev. Fr. Benjamin Odika, appreciated the kind gesture of Chief Ndubisi, and thanked God for his life.
He urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the equipment for there is diginity in Labour and also to remember that Education is power.
The Father of the celebrant, Chief John Ndubisi, advised them to be hard working and put the equipment received to proper use as it will help them to build their lives.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mr. Nonso Ekeh thanked Chief Ndubisi for his kind gesture and promised that they will not let him down.
Highlight of the event was presentation of gifts to the celebrant by St. Theresa’s Zone, and Christopher Ndubisi Foundation Committee as well as cutting of birthday cake.
CYON Cultural Dance also entertained the audience and added glamour to the event.
