The frontline Aspirant in the forthcoming APC Governorship Primary and CEO of Wichtech Group, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo (Overdose) today returned to the campaign trail as he commenced a final tour of the 21 Local Government Areas in Anambra State ahead of the June 26th APC primary election.
Ayamelum LGA was his first port of call. His swelling popularity at the grassroots was evident in the rousing reception he was given by grassroots members and critical stakeholders of the party at Omor. Welcoming him to the LGA, the APC Chairman in Ayamelum, Chief Joe Molokwu acknowledged the mighty impact of Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo on the party since he joined the party few years ago. He added that the 11 Wards of Ayamelum will deliver the Local Government to him on June 26.
The Chairman of Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo Campaign Council, Chief Obi Onwuachu described Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo as the best product APC can present as Governorship candidate and called on APC members and stakeholders in Ayamelum LGA to remain resolutely behind Dr. Chido and vote massively for him on June 26th. He asked all party faithfuls in all the wards that make up Ayamelum to turn out en masse with their APC membership slip on Saturday June 26th and queue behind Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo (Overdose).
The DG of Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo Campaign Organization, Barr. Ejike Nwachukwu in his introductory remarks appealed to Ndi Ayamelum to go for Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo without reservation as he is the only aspirant that has the proven credentials to bring big investments in the agricultural sector to the local government as well as revamp all the decaying infrastructure and dilapidated schools and hospitals in the area which has long been neglected by many administrations. He added that it is time for APC to get serious and don’t make the mistake of rooting for a candidate that cannot win the election. He declared that as it stands now, Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo (Overdose) is the only one with the capacity to send APGA packing from Agu Awka.
Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo while addressing the people reiterated his absolute commitment to change the face of Anambra State for good if he is elected as Governor. He revealed to them why he is different from other aspirants and reeled out his antecedents in his more than 34 years of business and impactful philanthropy. He declared that he is in the race to systematically start the building of a New Anambra. Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo thanked Ndi Ayamelum for the overwhelming reception.
