Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, on Sunday distributed the state’s Covid-19 palliatives to vulnerable youths and women.
In a statement by the commissioner fory information and Communication, Kingsley Fanwo in Lokoja, the governor appreciated all who came out at the state ware house to share the palliatives.
The statement revealed that the palliatives were preserves for women and youth groups after the government had distributed the bulk of the palliatives to all the 21 LGAs of the state.
The governor also used the medium to earn the hoodlums against attacking Peoples’ properties in the state and warned that such actions will attract severe punishment for any offender.
The governor also urged the people to continually trust in the Government as it has the welfare of the people at heart.
