The Federal lawmakers representating Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo federal constituency in the green chamber and also a frontline gubernatorial aspirants under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Engr. Chris Emeka Azubogu’s has announced 2020 free medical outreach
Engineer Azubogu said this fourth edition of his FREE Medical Outreach will commence on 30th November and ends on 8th December 2020.
According to the lawmakers, this fourth edition will be big and better assuring that he has put machinery in place to at least accommodate sick patients from all the one hundred and Eighty Eight Communities in Anambra State.
He also assured that arrangements had been concluded for atleast one person from each community or ward in the state to benefit from this annual medical outreach which he noted has recorded over a thousand free surgeries over the years.
The venue for 2020 free medical outreach are ;
- Joint Hospital, Ozubulu.
2.Diocesan Hospital, Amichi.
3.Diocesan Hospital Akwudo- Nnewi.
- St Mary’s Catholic Church, Ukpor
Contributing, the personal assistant to the lawmaker, Mr. Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia revealed that the medical outreach will focus majorly on the following areas such as Eye Surgeries, Eye-care (reading and medicated glasses) General Surgeries, Lab Examinations and Scans,Counselling adding that the the medical team expected during the excercize are Surgeons, Ophthalmologists, Physicians and Lab Scientists.
