FRSC Embarks On Paliative Work On Some Failed Portions Of Onitsha- Awka Expressway
RS5.33 Nteje Unit Command in Collaboration with RS5.3 Anambra State Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, has embarked on paliative repairs of a failed portion of the road adjacent to Tansian University, Umunya.
This is in line with FRSC 2022 Corporate Strategic goals (1)and(2) of Accomplishing 15% reduction in Road Traffic Crash Fatality and Enhance Road Safety Partnership for Innovative Intervention,
The FRSC state Acting Sector Public Education Officer, RC Margaret Onabe, in a release signed for the Sector Commander, FRSC Anambra State, hinted that FRSC, Anambra State, saw the need to intervene on the failed portion of the road, which she noted, has been road traffic crash prone Area and has also constituted nuisance to motoring public for some time now.
The release said the team was led by DCC OA Awassam, DCC Operations Anambra State Sector Command with the Assistance of SRC E OGUADIMMA, SRC Operations RS5.33 Nteje Unit Command and other officers and men from both Commands.
