Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has condemned the killing of a lawyer and Aguleri community leader, Ifeanyi Iloakasia.
Iloakasia and his client were murdered by unknown assailants on May 15 near the Agulu-Nanka boundary in Orumba North, shortly after a court session.
In a statement on Sunday, Soludo described the attack as senseless and unfortunate, vowing to work with security agencies to bring the killers to justice.
He reassured residents of the government’s commitment to security, urging Ndi Anambra, to remain vigilant and cooperate with security personnel in the fight against violence and insecurity in the state.
