Moshood is charged with the murder of three-year-old Saka Olaadua.

The Magistrate, O.A. Akande, did not take the defendant’s plea for want of jurisdiction.

She directed the police to return the case file to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for legal advice and adjourned the case until February 23 for mention.

Police prosecutor, Philip Amusan, told the court that Moshood committed the offence on June 6, 2022, at about 4:00 p.m. at Elesin village, Egbeda, Ibadan.
