The Imo State Police Command has reported the arrest of 30 suspected kidnappers and criminals in the state.
According to the Police, the suspects were arrested during a Monday raid by a joint of the security team on camps in Orsu local government and Uli community in Ihiala local government area of Anambra state.
Reporting the incident, Mike Abattam the Police public relations officer in the state also revealed that a traditional ruler who was kidnapped in Okigwe local government area of the state on Sunday, Acho Ndukwe of Ihube autonomous community was released during the raid.
