A former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and ex-presidential candidate, Kingsley Moghalu, has joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC) ahead of 2023 general elections.
Moghalu, who made this known in a post on social media, was also present at a conference held by the ADC on Friday, where he expressed confidence that the party could be the much desired third force to take power from the two major parties in Nigeria.
