The Lagos State Taskforce has deployed additional patrol motorcycles to combat the rise in “one chance” operators and traffic-related crimes.
Taskforce Chairman, CSP Adetayo Akerele, announced this move following the successful deployment of new Max S bikes in August.
The new patrol units will focus on high-crime areas such as Agege Motor Road, Gbagada Expressway, Iyana-Oworo, and Oshodi Expressway.
Akerele emphasized that these measures will improve response times and enhance safety for commuters.
He assured the public that those new measures would significantly reduce traffic crimes and enhance overall environmental decorum and safety in the metropolis.
