Landlady Bathes Akwa Ibom Lady With Peppered Hot Water In Enugwu Ukwu, Victim Begs Soludo For Assistance

A middle-aged woman, Imabong William, residing at Enugwu-Ukwu in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State, has appealed to the Anambra State governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, and other public spirited individuals and organizations for assistance to save her life.
William, who hails from Akwa Ibom State, had been receiving treatment at Zion Hospital, Nawfia, in Njikoka LGA, since August 17, after her landlady allegedly poured her hot water mixed with pepper following disagreement over rent increment.
The incident reportedly happened at Enugwu-Ukwu, and the landlady, Amaka Okonkwo, is currently in police custody in connection with the incident.
