Leicester City women defender ‘Ashleigh plumptre’ has finally switched her nationality from England to Nigeria.
The 23-year old who was born by a Nigerian father and British mother has completed her switch in Abuja.
She is now available to represent the super falcons in the women AFCON tournament 2022.
Before her switch, she had already represented England at U13, U15, U19 and U23 levels.
