Mbaukwu community in Awka South Local Government Area has Commended the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Soludo for the confidence reposed in their son in choosing him as his Deputy.
Addressing the press at Agumgbala field on Thursday 17th March during a swearing-in ceremony organized by Mbaukwu political forum, The Community Monarch, Igwe Peter Anugwu described the new governor as a twenty-first-century technocrat who has what it takes to solve twenty-first-century challenges.
He expressed hope that Dr Onyeka Ibezim will bring the wealth of experience he has gathered over the years in the field of politics and medical practices in discharging his duty.
He cautioned Ndi Mbaukwu, and party members particularly his old-time friends not to be carried away of euphoria of Dr Ibezim’s position, but to always respect the Deputy Governor’s security details and protocol to avert embarrassment of his security personnel.
