Nigerian Customs Service Announces Plans To Distribute Confiscated Food Products

The Nigerian Customs Service has announced plans to distribute confiscated food products nationwide to alleviate hardships and food security concerns.

CSC Abdullahi Maiwada, spokesperson for the NCS, assures that the distribution will be equitable and transparent, with certification ensuring the suitability of the items for human consumption!This initiative aims to address skyrocketing prices of basic food items and improve access for ordinary Nigerians.

Earlier, about 50 trucks transporting in foodstuffs out of the country were intercepted by the Zamfara State Transport Agency.
