On Sports News,
Former Super Eagles coach, Samson Siasia, is preparing to reveal his plans for the next phase of his career as his five-year ban by FIFA comes to an end.
Siasia, once banned for life by FIFA and fined $50,000 for alleged match-fixing, saw his penalty reduced to a five-year suspension by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in 2021.
The court also waived the fine, deeming the initial punishment too harsh for a first offense, especially one committed unknowingly.
Siasia, who has denied the charges, expressed that he will share his future plans after the ban officially ends.
There are rumors that he might take over as the coach of Mighty Jets Football Club in Jos on August 21.
The 57-year-old former international, known for his successes both as a player and a coach, has yet to confirm these speculations, keeping the football community eagerly awaiting his next move.
