Reports say terrorists masquerading as bandits yesterday, killed over five Christian worshipers in another attack in Ungwan Gaida community, near Kurmin Kaso, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
According to report, the terrorists also burnt down the worship center, Assemblies of God Church and several other buildings in the area.
The bloody attack was confirmed to newsmen by Kaduna state Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs.
The Commissioner who identified those killed by the terrorists, said Governor Nasir El-Rufai condemned the killings of innocent citizens in the state in their place of worship.
The governor, according to the Commissioner, also directed the State Emergency Management Agency to carry out an urgent assessment of the damage done by the invaders.
