The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, in conjunction with Universal Prayer Fellowship and East Mandate Global has organised a thanksgiving service for a peaceful and successful governorship election in Anambra state on sixteenth November last year.
The thanksgiving service also marked the end of the Alaigbo Sunrise prayer crusade they held in Awka.
Our Correspondent reports that Traditional rulers, government functionaries and all branches of the fellowship in the twenty-one Local Government Areas of the State converged at Dr Alex Ekwueme Square Awka to appreciate God through thanksgiving for his intervention in Anambra state.
Addressing the gathering, the Chairman of PFN, Anambra state Chapter, Bishop Moses Ezedebego commended the conveners for the vision, noting that they had two days crusade and concluded it with a thanksgiving service for God’s intervention in the Anambra governorship election.
Bishop Ezedebego stated that though people entertained fear before and during the election, God answered the prayer of his people and made the exercise peaceful and successful beyond imaginations, describing the victory of Professor Chukwuma Soludo as God’s intervention, and thanked the State officers of PFN for their commitment.
