Police Commissioner Commends Anambra State Judiciary

The Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, CP Aderemi Adeoye has commended Anambra State Judiciary for being alive to its responsibility to society.
The Commissioner made this remark when informed that a total of 34 Suspects arraigned for Cultism and related offences were remanded on the order of Court.
He observed that what has militated against efforts to curb crime in the past was the ease with which crime suspects find their way back to society to commit more crimes even while trial in previous ones were ongoing.
Adeoye recalled his meeting with the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice who has been steadfast in lending support to ensure smooth dispensation of justice.
The CP further noted that with the cooperation the Command is receiving from critical stakeholders, the war against crime will be won and Anambra State will soon become investment destination of choice.
