President Donald Trump suffers another set back as a United States Federal court on Saturday evening dismissed President Donald Trump’s suit that asked to cancel millions of mail in votes in the November 3rd election in Pennsylvania.
According to his legal team , led by former New York Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, Trump had approached the Middle District Court of Pennsylvania with the allegation that 1.5 mail in votes in the state were illegally counted.
It was also alleged that the Republicans were not allowed to observe the counting of ballots that were mailed in.
Trump , through his lawyer Guiliani , also claimed that Republican poll watchers were not allowed to observe vote counts which created room for local governments controlled by the opposition Democratic Party to accept fraudulent and technically deficient ballots.
However, in his ruling, Judge Matthew Brann struck out the case for lack of compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption.
Brann also chided Trump’s lawyers for filing a disjointed lawsuit , saying that he would not disenfranchise almost seven million voters on baseless allegations.
He also struck out the case with prejudice which means that it cannot be submitted again by the lawyers.
According to reports, President elect Joe Biden is the projected winner in Pennsylvania , winnig Trump with a margin of 81,813 votes.
Meanwhile, Trump has refused to concede defeat and has filed about 18 lawsuits in battleground states where he lost, alleging voter fraud.
