Ukraine says it’s open to peace talks with Russia, but only after a ceasefire is in place.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy made the statement on Tuesday in Kyiv, ahead of a key diplomatic meeting in London. He emphasized that while talks could begin in any format, complex issues like security guarantees, NATO membership, and the status of Crimea remain unresolved.

A Ukrainian delegation will meet U.S., U.K., French, and German officials in London, with ceasefire discussions on the table. Meanwhile, U.S. envoy General Keith Kellogg will represent Washington, as Secretary of State Marco Rubio won’t attend.

Zelenskiy also announced upcoming meetings with global leaders, including those from South Africa, Spain, and Poland, to bolster diplomatic efforts.
