The legal tussle between the Mbaukwu Progressive Union and Namkpu Village to continue today Monday 4th October 2021.

Today Monday 4th October 2021, the legal tussle between the Mbaukwu Progressive Union and Namkpu Village shall continue at the Anambra State High Court-two beside the Anambra state house of Assembly in Awka, the Anambra state capital.

Recall that Plaintiffs, Mr. Samuel Okoli, sueing for himself and Ngodo Village , Hon. Innocent Nwafor sueing for himself and Ezinwafor, Mr. Izuchukwu unchendu sueing for himself and Ndiagu Village , Ozo.Francis Okoye, sueing for himself and Obuofia Village and Mr. Innocent Okpala sueing for himself and Ananso Village, had sued the Defendants, Sir Godwin Ozoemena Onyiluka when he was the Mbaukwu Community President General, Mr. Uchenna Chalse Obi as the then Community Secretary General and Amb. Odira Ezeh as the then chairman, Mbaukwu Political committe, over issues boardering on politics 12 Village creation and further harmonization.

THE SUIT NUMBER is A/400/2020.

According to sources close to the Mbaukwu Progressive Union, the case has commenced on the floor of Awka High Court-Two early in year and was on April 2021, adjourned to Monday 4th October for further hearing.

Time for the court proceeding is 9am in the morning, the venue is State High Court Two besides Anambra state house of Assembly.

By this announcement, Ndi Mbaukwu in general and those concerned are hereby notified and are invited to witness the court proceeding today 4th October 2021 so as to witness first information on case
