The member representing Anaocha 2 constituency in the state House of Assembly, under the All Progressives Grand Alliance , APGA has been re elected for a second term.
Ejike Okechukwu, who cast his vote early on Saturday morning, decried the voter apathy witnessed on a Saturday but commended the INEC officials for early arrival and smooth and peaceful process .
He pointed out that election and re-election is based on performance and for him, he represented his people well in the house and it showed in their character as they reelected him to continue the good work.
Speaking on the leadership of House of Assembly, Hon Ejike said that anyone that returns as house member is qualified to assume any of the leadership roles in the house.
He thanked his constituency for the love shown to him and promised not to disappoint them.
