
With 3rd place and final game taking place between Ejiamatu and Ifunanya, and Obinwanne and Udoadigo respectively.
The final was kicked off by Prince Emeka Anugwu and graced by Josiah Ifedi (Unique Joe), Osita Nwafor Ajaka, and many dignitaries
In the first game of the day – the 3rd place match between Ejiamatu and Ifunanya, no goals were recorded in the first 45 mins,
Ejiamatu, however dominated the game in the second half and scored 3 goals within 24 minutes to grab the win and the bronze medal of the competition.
Chike Ebede opened scoring in the 56th minute with a powerful header from Nebechukwu Amaechi corner kick,
Chike Ebede strikes again in the 62nd minute from a well taken free kick to make it 2:0 in favour of Ejiamatu
With 10 minutes left of regulation time, Ugochukwu Ozigbo sealed the win by scoring a 3rd goal to give Ejiamatu and emphatic win.
The second match – the much awaited final between Udoadigo and Obinwanne, was met with much fervor as both teams battled it out for the much coveted trophy.
The first half however ended 0:0.
Udoadigo dominated the game, in the 2nd half but failed to register a goal, Obinwanne also had some decent chances but both teams failed to register a goal within regulation time,
The game was finally decided in a penalty shootout which saw Obinwanne narrowly pick the win, beating Udoadigo by 3:2 on penalties.
Chike Emmanuel Ebede beat Tony Nwosu to win the highest goal scorer with 4 goals, while Tony scored 3goals.
At the presentation of the Trophy and Cash prices,
Ifunanya was placed 4th,
Ejiamatu, 3rd,
Udoadigo, 2nd,
While Obinwanne were duly crowned the winner of the competition.
