The government of the United Kingdom (UK) has decided to publish new limitations that will likely prevent students from other nations, including Nigerians, from studying there from bringing their families with them.
Given their concerns with the massive number of immigrants, the UK authorities appear to be conducting a significant crackdown on international students.
The Sun UK has obtained unique information that all master’s students and many other post-graduate students would be prohibited from bringing their families over as a result of the crackdown, which will be unveiled later this week.
Ph.D. students are excluded
But according to the source, PHD students, whose programs typically run between three and five years and need a high level of expertise, will be exempt from the prohibition.
