The Director of Public Service in the Office of the Head of Service, Anambra State, Mr. Adebayo Ojeyinka, has changed civil servants in the state to always take their work seriously for enhanced productivity.
Mr. Ojeyinka who made the call while speaking to the press at the Jerome Udoji Secretariat Complex, Awka, urged them to shun all acts of official misconduct to be counted amongst the hard working staff of the state government.
As one of the seven Anambra State civil servants who bagged a national award from the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity, promised to redouble his efforts to keep the flag of excellence flying.
He noted that workers in the state are having it so good under the Governor Willie Obiano administration which had remained workers friendly in spite of the harsh economic situation the nation is passing through.
He asked workers to reciprocate the gesture by being more dedicated to their duties.
