Governor Mbah highlighted achievements, including improved water supply, initiation of Enugu State Electricity Law, efforts in attracting foreign direct investment, and significant strides in infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
He emphasized a budget focused on capital expenditure, revealing plans for a $30 billion economy in the next four to eight years.
The governor also pledged continued welfare prioritization and urged citizens to keep faith for a prosperous year.
