Anambra Stakeholders Forum Foundation (ASFF) said that its attention has been drawn to the lackadaisical attitude of Igbo youths towards the recruitment exercise going on now in the Nigeria Police Force.

This Foundation noted with dismay and great disappointment at the way the youths have ignored calls to apply for the police force, noting that the quota given to other states in Nigeria has been filled, and only Ndi Igbo have refused to enlist in police training.

The body said they are complaining about marginalisation but now that opportunities have come for them to join in the ranks, many youths shy away.

The foundation observed that the outcome of such a nonchalant attitude is that in the next ten years, no Igbo man will be Assistant Inspector General (AIG) or Commissioner of Police (CP).

It is said that such can not be allowed to happen to the young generation.

The ASFF, therefore, called on all and sundry to begin today to sensitize the youths in their communities or households, as there are still chances to enlist.

Interested persons should contact ASFF on 07045397621 or email anambrastakeholdersforum@gmail.com for assistance to apply for the police recruitment forms. You can be sponsored 100% to join the police force in this era of unemployment in the country. Take a chance Ndi Igbo.
