Security Personnel Raid UGM Camp In Ukpor, Nnewi South
Security personnel on Friday morning, stormed the camp of Unknown Gunmen at Ukpor in Nnewi South Council Area of Anambra state.
Some suspects were arrested in the camp which was destroyed during the raid.
Though no official statement has been released by security agencies, many items were found in the camp which include military uniforms, arms and ammunition.
A coffin was also discovered in the camp, which is believed to be used by the criminals for initiation.
One of the arrested criminals, who gave his nickname as 50, confessed that he has killed at least four persons since he became a member of the group.
50 revealed that Double Lion, the suspected dreaded criminal who was killed in June, this year, by operatives of Eastern Security Network (ESN), was a member of his gang.
