The meeting that was held today 5th October with the stakeholders, club owners and coaches, the Chairman Anambra independent football league ( AIFL) Rev fr Obinna Dike commended all well known Anambra individuals, man and women to support the Groot of the league, rather than spending money on parties and things that will not help in development in Anambra, Fr Obinna said some clubs find it difficult to transport their players to matches, some players contribute money to come to matche venue.
They agreed that all the clubs that supposed to pay there registration fee should go on and do that on or before 20th of October 2020,
The teams in the season five (5) are the newly promoted club’s they are:
Ogene FC, Cardinal Arinze FC, Bebendof FC, and Santos FC.
And promised that once the contact sports ban is lifted the super Four match will commence.
But maintain the date chosen by the committee, on 20th October is the deadline day.
