Anambra Non Indigene Association Pledges To Foster Positive Relationships

Anambra Non-indigene stakeholders Association , over the weekend, paid a courtesy vist to Kpakpando Media group as part of plans to raise wider awareness for non indigene in the state to come under one umbrella to foster positive relationships.

Kpakpando Media group is the parent company of Kpakpando Newspaper, Kpakpando Radio 101.9FM, and Kpakpando television, KTV in view.

In his opening remarks, the President General of the Association in the state, Chief Great Ikechukwu Ugwuoke, Mmiri Enwe Iron, said the group is best described as a child born out of necessity to adress numerous lingering issues which according to him, have been in one way or the other, affecting non indigenes resident in the state in their normal legitimate daily businesses and general lifestyle.

He further hinted that ANISA is a legal organization which has been registered with cooperate affairs commission and also has it branches spread across the thirty six states of the federation including FCT.

On his part, the Legal Adviser of the Association, Sir Obiora Aguigwo, said the association has been playing vital roles in Anambra and equally, has been committed to the welfare of the members revealing that AIG Danmallam of Nigeria Police Zone 13 is a proud, bona-fide member of the association as well as the state Commissioner of Police John Abang. He also urged other non indigenes in the state to identify with the Association for their welfare and benefits.

Other key stakeholders of the association who spoke during the media parley, like , Lady Jane Nze, Evangelist James Arum, who is a national officer and Cordinator for the North Central part of the association, described ANISA as an association that is committed to the welfare of its members. He also used the opportunity to thank the management of Kpakpando101.9Fm Mbaukwu for their local content-brand in broadcasting and urged other non indigenes to identify with association which according to him, will give them better footing in the state.
