The APC flag bearer for Anambra Central senatorial zone, Dr Okelekwe Kodilichukwu has enjoined members of the Catholic Youth Organisation of Nigeria (CYON) to embrace the virtue of hard work as a prerequisite for success in life.
Chief Okelekwe gave the advice at the annual general Diocesean meeting of the CYON Onitsha Archdiocese which held at Our Lady’s Catholic Church, Umuoji.
According to Dr. Okelekwe, Life has three categories which he said are the easy, the difficult, and the impossible adding that those who take up only the easy have safe but boring life; those who take up only the difficult have a tough but satisfying life, and those who take up the impossible are remembered by history.
He encouraged them to remain hardworking in all areas of their lives and be rest assured that God will crowns all their hard work with success.
Speaking earlier, the Director of CYON Archdiocese of Onitsha, Rev. Fr. Ezenwaka appreciated Chief Okelekwe for readily making out time to join the youths in their meeting.
He described Ubom Nibo as a man of virtue and substance while wishing him well in his aspiration as APC flag bearer for Anambra Central.
The CYON President of Onitsha Archdiocese, Mr Roland Okonkwo who spoke on behalf of the CYON appreciated Chief Okelekwe for honouring their invitation while encouraging members to support his aspiration ahead 2023 general Election.
