Condolences pour in as Nigerians mourn Demise Of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah
Anambra State yesterday, received with shock, the news of the death of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District.
Senator Ubah reportedly slumped and died on Saturday morning in the United Kingdom. He was age 52.
It was gathered that Senator Ubah left Nigeria for London on Thursday to attend his daughter’s graduation ceremony.
Meanwhile, notable Nigerians have continued to express their condolences.
In his condolence message, President Bola Tinubu described the deceased as a renowned businessman and politician.
The President commiserated with the family, friends and colleagues of the late Senator and prayed God to rest his soul.
In his condolence remark, Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State expressed shock and grief over the sudden demise of the Senator, who he described as a vibrant businessman, politician, prominent son of Anambra State and an outstanding Nigerian.
Also reacting to the demise of the late Senator, former Governor of Anambra State who expressed shock and sorrow over his death, recalled his last meeting with the late Senator on the 12 of this July, and prayed God to Grant his soul perfect rest.
